What exactly does Energy Mix do?
We convert existing diesel generators to dual fuel operation, allowing them to run on a blend of natural gas (CNG or LPG) and diesel. This typically cuts diesel consumption — and fuel costs — by 50–70%.
Do I need to replace my generator?
No. Our conversion kits are fitted to the generator you already own. Power output and reliability remain exactly the same.
Which generators can be converted?
Most diesel generators from roughly 100kVA upward can be converted — including Perkins, Cummins, CAT, FG Wilson, Mikano and more. Our engineers confirm suitability during the free site assessment.
How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed within days, and we schedule work around your operations so you experience zero downtime.

Is dual fuel safe?
Yes. Our systems include certified pressure equipment, gas leak detection, flame arrestors and automatic shut-off valves. The engine always retains diesel as its ignition source, and international installation standards are followed throughout.
What happens if the gas supply runs out?
The system automatically and seamlessly reverts to 100% diesel operation. Your power is never interrupted — you simply lose the savings until gas is restored.
Will conversion affect my generator warranty or lifespan?
The conversion is non-invasive and reversible. Gas burns cleaner than diesel, which reduces carbon build-up and can extend engine life. We also provide ongoing maintenance to keep everything at peak performance.
Does the generator still perform the same under load?
Yes. The system continuously adjusts the gas-diesel blend to match load demands, maintaining the same rated output and response.
Can I monitor the system?
Yes. Our monitoring dashboard shows gas substitution rates, fuel consumption and savings in real time.
