The Solution

The conversion allows each generator to run on a blend of CNG and diesel — no generator replacement required. The system automatically reverts to 100% diesel if gas supply is interrupted, so critical care is never at risk. Work was staged one generator at a time, with clinical engineering signing off at each stage, so no ward or theatre lost power during installation.
